Gregory William Muller
Gregory William Muller, 61, of Port Charlotte, Fla., passed away Friday, Oct. 12, 2012, at Tidewell Hospice in Port Charlotte.
More commonly known as “Greg” and “Superman” to a select few, he was born Oct. 10, 1951, in Fort Campbell, Ky.
Greg lived the majority of his life in Cape May County, N.J., before moving to Southwest Florida in 1999 with his wife Lisa. A retired police officer and U.S. Army veteran, he was also an avid fisherman and boater, a golf pro in his own mind, and a diehard Philadelphia Eagles fan.
Greg is survived by his loving family, including his wife of 26 years, Lisa D. Muller; daughters, Pamela H. Stoeckel and Melissa D. Muller (also lovingly known by their father as “Chicken Pam” and “Sissy Missy”); sisters, Marilyn Parsons and Margie Pearson; brothers, Charles G. Muller Jr. and John F. Muller; granddaughters, Fallyn and Skye Stoeckel; and his beloved hound dog, Tally-ho. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his younger sister, Virginia Goodrich.
Memorial services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, 2012, at Roberson Funeral Home, Port Charlotte Chapel.
