Hendrickson Geoffroy, 87, of Port Charlotte, Fla., passed away peacefully in the company of his family and friends in his Port Charlotte home to meet his loving savior Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2012.

He was born March 4, 1925, in Trinidad and Tobago and moved to Port Charlotte in 1990, from Brooklyn, N.Y.

Hendrickson was a member of United Evangelical Missionary Outreach Church in Port Charlotte.

He is survived by his loving wife, Sybil; four daughters; four sons; brother; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren. Hendrickson will be missed by all who loved and knew him.

Visitation will be 4 p.m. until 8 p.m., Friday, Nov. 2, 2012, at Roberson Funeral Home, Port Charlotte Chapel. Funeral services will be held 9 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012, at United Evangelical Missionary Outreach Church, 4200 Juniper St., Port Charlotte, FL 33948.
