We are so sorry for the loss of Chet. He was such a wonderful man, and we always enjoyed our time with him. I know all of his friends and family will greatly miss him. He and Connie were dear friends of ours, and we have continued to keep in touch, even after moving out of the area. God bless the family in this time of mourning.

I had the pleasure of going to Uncle Chesters skating rink in Nevada Iowa and having his family come to my house to visit several times. I also was priviledged to spend my senior year in high school at Oak Park and worked with him in an ROTC class. It was while I was at Oak Park that Uncle Chester introduced me to golf, which I have enjoyed over the years, and still do. When he and Aunt Connie moved to Maryland I enjoyed visiting Aunt Connie at work at the Washington San and Hospital. Words fail at a time like this, I have a lifetime of memories of Uncle Chester and thank God for each one. I'm glad to know Uncle Chester is just sleeping, and I'll be able to see him again in Heaven.

I have many memories of both Connie & Chet, Kay & Sharon also. We met while I was attending school at OPA. Their home was my home away from home. I am so sorry for your loss. I wish I could be there to lend support, I am comforted knowing you have family & friends in abundance there. May God bless & comfort you .
