Dean Michael Higgins, 58, of Mililani, Hawaii, passed away suddenly Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013. He was born June 11, 1954, in Camden, N.J.Dean grew up in Mount Royal, N.J., and graduated from Kingsway Regional High School. He was a huge fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies.Survivors include his wife, Ramona Carrozza-Higgins, Mililani; mother and father, Nancy and Joseph Higgins; sister, Nancy Jo (John) Krusinski; sister, Gay Diane Higgins; and brother, Joey Jay Higgins. Dean’s ashes will be scattered out to sea in Hawaii and the Peace River. A Celebration of Dean’s Life will be held from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at The Punta Gorda Elks Lodge Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013.
