• Carmen Rosa Elias, 39, 2500 block of Ednor St., Port Charlotte. Charges: resisting an officer without violence, providing false identification to a law officer, dealing in stolen property and two counts of providing false ownership information to a pawnbroker. Bond: $27,000.

• Angel Manuel Gonzalez-Ramos, 49, 1100 block of Clearwater Drive, Port Charlotte. Charge: out-of-county warrant. Bond: none.

• Richard Thomas Parsons, 37, homeless. Charges: possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a church or school, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond: none.

• Christy Lee Skorupski, 32, 2500 block of Newbury St., Port Charlotte. Charges: grand theft, and 11 counts each of dealing in stolen property and providing false ownership information to a pawnbroker. Bond: $147,000.
