PORT CHARLOTTE — Authorities arrested a man on Tuesday for allegedly raping his 3-year-old daughter, according to the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office.

Stephen Francis Callaghan, 34, of the 12100 block of Alumna Ave., Port Charlotte, was charged with sexual battery on a victim under the age of 12 in connection with the incident.
