• Charles Eugene Perkins, 48, 20200 block of Kinderkemac Ave., Port Charlotte. Charge: violation of probation. Bond: $850.

• Jesslyn Ann Quinlan, 16, 2300 block of Cannolot Blvd., Port Charlotte. Charges: grand theft and three counts of dealing in stolen property. She was released into home detention.

• James Bryant, 60, of North Port. Charge: littering more than 500 pounds. Bond: $2,500.

• Roland Lawrence Williams, 46, of Lehigh Acres. Charges: five counts each of sale of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia, three counts of possession of cocaine, and one count each of possession of a weapon or ammunition by a felon, trafficking in heroin, possession of cocaine with the intent to sell and possession of a controlled substance.
