PUNTA GORDA — Adam Miller shot a 5-under 65 in the final round to earn a one-shot victory in the inaugural Deep Creek Open on Sunday at Deep Creek Golf Club.

Miller finished the two-day event with a 6-under 134 total, edging first-round leader Doug Dunakey, who shot an even-par 70 to finish at 5-under 135. Joey Lamielle turned in the only other sub-70 round Sunday, a 68,
that propelled him to third place at 2-under 138.
