PORT CHARLOTTE — Area high school golfers begin postseason play today and Tuesday in district tournaments, and many expect to advance to regionals as teams or individuals.

The top three teams in each district advance to their respective regional tournaments, and the top three individual golfers who aren’t part of a qualifying team also earn spots.
