PORT CHARLOTTE — While warming up for a preseason match against North Port in August, the Lemon Bay volleyball team wore blue T-shirts identifying them as the team champions at a summer University of Florida volleyball camp that pitted the Mantas against teams from throughout the state.

At that preseason game, senior Alannah Keisling spoke for herself and fellow seniors Delaney Costello and Sidney Dell: In their last year, they want to make it to the state championships.
