Willard D. “Del” Fye went to his heavenly home Friday, Oct. 12, 2012.

Del was born in Sykesville, Pa., Sept. 24, 1922. He married Delores M. Gray in 1942 and moved to Wadsworth, Ohio, after serving in the Philippines during World War II. He worked with the Smith Dairy Co. for 32 years and retired in Venice in 1985.

He and Delores celebrated their 70th anniversary in June and he recently celebrated his 90th birthday. He loved his God, family, friends and his country and was an incredible treasure to all who knew and loved him. He will be greatly missed by each one.

He is survived by his wife, Delores; his daughters, Karen (Lanny) Jones and Billie (Al) Yontz; son, Bob (Sue VanZyle); his grandchildren; and his great grandchildren.

Services: Services will be private.
