Marjorie E. Liebmann, 87, of Hobe Sound, Fla., died Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012, at the Stuart Nursing and Restorative Care Center, Stuart, Fla.

Born in the Cayman Islands, she had been a resident of the Treasure Coast for a year, coming from Venice, Fla., where she lived for 35 years. Before retiring, she was an accounting clerk for Winn-Dixie Supermarkets. She was a member of Venice Bible Church, but attended Peace Presbyterian Church, Stuart.

Survivors include a daughter, Lana Chalker of Hobe Sound; a son, Brian A. Ray of Orlando, Fla.; sisters, Ivilie Defaut of Tequesta, Fla., and Blondell Brown of Riverdale, Ga.; a brother, James Bodden of the Cayman Islands; grandchildren, Christina Chalker of Venice, Calvin Chalker of Concord, N.C., Kyle Ray of Venice and Andrew Ray of Orlando, Fla.; and great-grandchildren, Matthew Thornton of Clyde, N.C., and Zachary, Isabella and Samantha Chalker of Concord, N.C. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph W. Liebmann; a son, Robert A. Gressman; and a brother, Herbert C. Borden

Serivces: A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. Jan. 12, at Peace Presbyterian Church. Arrangements are under the direction of the Forest Hills Funeral Homes Palm City Chapel. An online registry is available at www.foresthillsfunerals.com.
